not receiving refund from "communication error"
Trying “Sketch to Vector” with “communication error” and no output cost me 40 credits - support says, no refund possible.
I wonder, how a Gen AI engine can be programmed to charge you BEFORE any output is created and published to the client - without the ability to refund in case of error.
Apparently, we’re paying for button clicks in the first place, and - only, if we’re lucky - as an added bonus we get a Gen AI output as a result of those clicks.
