Apps will not update

Need to update my Beta Illustrator app for a few days now. Each time I use Creative Cloud to update it it fails at about 90% and tells me to update later. When exactly is "later"?

Reinstalled Creative cloud. Tried to un-install Illustrator (beta) but even that does not work. Quite frustrating. I've been using Illustrator since the late 80s' and Photosop in the early 90s and I have never seen so many bugs.
