Hello 🙂
Latest Beta Build 30.0.48 is now available in CCD. We have below fixes in this build:

  • Projects and Firefly History
Projects
Projects help you keep your work structured, connected, and easy to manage across Creative Cloud apps.

Highlights
  • Share multiple files with collaborators at once.
  • Organize files into folders that stay consistent across apps.
  • Set permissions for collaborators to edit, rename, or delete documents.
  • View all types of app content in one central place.
These capabilities are especially valuable for Teams and Enterprise accounts, where assets are stored in business storage instead of individual accounts.

How to UseFrom Illustrator’s Home screen, click Projects. Create a new project, add files (either save your working .aic file or move files from Your Files), and set permissions for collaborators. Because Projects are supported across Photoshop, Express, and Adobe Home, you’ll see consistent content no matter which app you’re using.Within Illustrator, Projects can also be accessed through the cloud picker (Open, Place, and Save As).

Firefly HistoryAll of your image generations on firefly.adobe.com will appear in this tab. Vector and in-app generations will be added soon.
The goal is simple: make Firefly and Creative Cloud work together without extra downloads or uploads.

ContextWe’re doing this to:
  • Provide shared, org-owned storage for Adobe cloud docs (no need to transfer ownership when someone leaves).
  • Enable smoother use of Creative Cloud apps with Firefly.
  • Build a collaboration layer that supports reuse across apps.

Limitations Today
  • Projects are best for storing and sharing Adobe cloud docs, not a full external storage replacement.
  • The primary focus is multi-app collaboration and asset reuse; System-of-record use cases (where teams keep using their existing workflows and move WIP files into Projects mainly for org ownership or offboarding) are secondary.
For questions/comments, please comment below mentioning the feature in discussion.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  • GenAi Consolidation Menu
Consolidation of Generative AI Features in the Object Menu. We’ve streamlined access to Generative AI features in Illustrator by grouping them under a single entry point: Object > Generative. Depending on the current selection, only the relevant features will be enabled, while the others will remain disabled.
