Question
Enhanced Font Browsing experience now available in Beta 30.0.21
We are continuing to enhance your font browsing experience in this Beta release. These updates are designed to make font browsing faster and more intuitive, enabling you to explore, identify, and apply the right font with ease.
New in this beta: We have added several enhancements to make font browsing and management even more powerful and intuitive:
- Collections renamed to Libraries: The “Collections” tab is now called Libraries for clearer alignment with Creative Cloud Libraries. All your existing font collections are preserved under this new name.
- Improved Libraries tab: Enhanced functionality with a new Add Library button and sorting options, making it simpler to create, organize, and manage your font libraries.
- Libraries with zero fonts now visible: Previously, libraries that contained zero fonts did not appear in the Font Browser’s Libraries panel. In this beta, empty libraries are now shown so you can view, edit, and add fonts to them, improving discoverability and consistency with Creative Cloud Libraries
- Filters for faster discovery: Easily narrow down fonts with new filtering options, including Language, Font Technology, and more.
- Settings button: A new Settings button in the font browser lets you personalize your browsing experience and control how fonts are displayed.
- Font Styles Cards in Discover More: Explore fonts with redesigned style cards that provide a clearer, more engaging preview experience.
- Local Fonts visibility: You can now quickly identify Local Fonts and filter specifically for Local Fonts in this document with new filter icons.
