Experiencing hangs after Illustrator launch

We've observed in our internal reports that some of the users are experiencing hangs after launching Illustrator on macOS devices with a Wacom tablet connected.

If you have encountered this issue, we'd greatly appreciate your help in understanding it better.

Could you please share the following details about your setup?

• Wacom tablet model/version
• Wacom driver version
• macOS version

This information will help us attempt to reproduce the problem in-house and work towards a fix.
