Cannot add swatches

Hi, I create the new shape and made gradient color but it doesn't allow me to add to swatches. Everytime when I click to add to swatches, it pops up a message box that show "Info: Can't add swatches." Please advise, thank you.

    Hi @Bluiy!
    Illustrator on the Web currently only supports saving Radial and linear gradient swatches; Freeform Gradients cannot be saved to swatches in any of the platforms (but hopefully, this will change in the future). Is this what is happening to you?
