Hello! Adobe Illustrator is not working or installing on my 2025 Microsoft Surface Laptop 1st edition with Snapdragon. Does anyone know how to bypass this or when Adobe Illustrator will come out for this laptop?    Also, perhaps related, when I try to select a shape, click on object, and then click expand, the option to "expand" is grayed out. How do I fix this?  Thank you in advance!

There is no menu bar for Illustrator beta! Too many things we can't do with this "new and improved version". I thought we were moving forward, not backward!

Hi. I'm new to using Adobe Illustrator, so any help would be appreciated. In short, I'm trying to edit the attached AI file from Adobe but am having trouble with the text. Here is what I'm trying to do:   1. Remove "CHURCH LOGO" 2. Replaced with "Decatur Bible Church" 3. Remove "Slogan Here" 4. Replace with extended the two lines to form one long one   When I delete "CHURCH LOGO" and try to type text, it is too small to see. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. Steven

For the Illustrate on the web, when I try to edit a figure, it shows that I can't find the Arial font, and the text that uses Arial font is lost.    How can I use Arial font or other sef-defined fonts on the web?

I am making a font. I wrote the letters as paths and then made stroke outlines and turned the paths into shapes. I want to save the letters as a new font. How do I do this?

Hi, I create the new shape and made gradient color but it doesn't allow me to add to swatches. Everytime when I click to add to swatches, it pops up a message box that show "Info: Can't add swatches." Please advise, thank you.

Hi, dear Adobe Community,   I just bought the Adobe suite and wanted to use Illutrator inside Google Chrome (Version 125). My browser does support WebGL (Photoshop and Lightroom work without issues) but still, I get this error message:   WebGL isn't supported or is disabledWe can't open this file because WebGL isn't supported or is disabled, in your browser     I do work on ChromeOS Version 125, WebGL is working just fine on my end. Is this a known problem? Is there a workaround for this issue?   The attachments contains the `chrome://gpu` log file if a dev wants to take a look.   Thanks in advance, Luca Etienne

Hi, I have a problem with anchor points. When I select them by clicking and then deleting a node - all the thickening of the line disappears. How do I get around this? And how do I enable the tool that creates anchor points on the line in Illustrator WEB and on the iPad?

  <장점> 1. 새 레이어를 생성할 때는 기존 일러스트레이터와 별 차이가 없어서 좋았어요. 2. 저는 평소에 일러스트레이터를 잘 쓰지는 않아서 일러스트레이터가 깔려있지않은데, 갑작스럽게 일러스트레이터를 써야할 일이 생길 때 웹버전을 쓰면 좋을거라고 느꼈어요.   <단점> 1. 일러스트레이터는 열면 테마가 어두운데, 이에 따라서 테마를 밝게와 어둡게를 더 정할 수 있으면 좋겠어요. 2. 웹용 일러스트레이터 툴은 기존 일러스트레이터 툴에 비해서 단조롭다는 느낌도 들고 더 나아가 아에 다른 작업프로그램처럼 느껴지기도 해요. 기존 일러스트레이터의 작업툴을 좀 더 그대로 구현한다면 기존용과 웹용이 별 차이가 느껴지지않아서 적응하기 괜찮을 것 같아요.

I understand that Adobe has decided to freeze any further development of the illustrator app. Instead Adobe have decided to concentrate on the web version instead. I find this very worrying as I use the app as part of my workflow when away from my main computer. It wouldn't be such a bad idea if the web version was compatible with browsers on tablets such as the iPad Pro. I would like to know why you can't access it from a tablet?

In resizing whale lesson, the command action bar was in the way for refining the curve.  How do you move the action bar out of the way?

When I click on the width or height, it goes down. I also can't set it to an even number

I just started useing adobe and started a design in expess then downloaded it into a pdf and opened that file. I can't seem to edit the text. Any suggestions are welcome. 

Is there a way to currently change the keyboard shortcuts? Spacebar for the hand tool keeps throwing me off and i'd like to change the hotkey back to H
