When I click on the width or height, it goes down. I also can't set it to an even number

      Can confirm.

      To recreate:
      1. Create an ellipse
      2. Rotate ellipse (if ellipse is NOT rotated i.e. 0°, I am unable to reproduce this bug)
      3. Click on width or height and ellipse decreases in size.

        I should have specified it was an ellipse. Very fustrating but I ended up leaving the ellipse unrotated, set the dimensions and rotated it then - just ignoring the bug.
