Logo - AI Text Edit - Update

Hi. I'm new to using Adobe Illustrator, so any help would be appreciated. In short, I'm trying to edit the attached AI file from Adobe but am having trouble with the text. Here is what I'm trying to do:

1. Remove "CHURCH LOGO"

2. Replaced with "Decatur Bible Church"

3. Remove "Slogan Here"

4. Replace with extended the two lines to form one long one

When I delete "CHURCH LOGO" and try to type text, it is too small to see. Any help would be appreciated.
