I had to restart an assignment i worked on for 7+ hours i hate ths app so much

I am sorry to hear about your experience. Would you mind providing details about the circumstances under which these files were saved or edited? For example, were there any unexpected Illustrator crashes, sudden app closures, system shutdowns, or power cuts during editing?

I was working on a project for a class and while I was editing my work, the
page suddenly reloaded and said “Oh snap!” and went white. I didn't
understand what happened because my wifi was fine and nothing was wrong
with where I was located, and once it loaded back to the page, my work was
deleted, there was no layers visible, and my work was taken away, I tried
reloaded the page a few times, but there was nothing there. Prior to this,
I bookmarked the page, but it showed an empty page as well. I am not
familiar with this app, so I wasn't sure how it worked and i it was
possible to get my work back.

Hi @agam_9304, sorry to hear this happened. Were you able to check the website recommended by Anubhav? It is possible the file was saved to your cloud documents, please let us know.
Also, do you happen to remember exactly what tool you were using or what you were editing when the crash occured? Thank you so much!
