main bar is missing

Hello guys,

I am having troubles with all of the Adobe programs both the original version and Beta, it's very bad each has bugs, and tools that don't work, the last problem I have encountered is the whole bar for (file, save, and edit) is missing, it's unbearable for me to keep switching from this version to this version hoping if certain thing doesn't work in this version will work in the other, and keep trying to find solutions online. I am a user (graphic designer), not a programmer, I am having trouble doing my job, something needs to be fixed, please.
