3D Sampler crashes on startup. References Error 205.

Hello, 

3d Sampler crashes when trying to open the application. I recieve a message referencing an "Error 205".

I've tried reinstalling Sampler with firewall/virus protection disabled. It still crashes.

I've  also tried deleting the Adobe 3D Sampler folder and re-executing. That did not work either.

I'm attaching logs to this post.
