Along with my previous post about slow Sampler, the base material is not added when selected from the impot menu. I would like to start a brand-new installation; how do I remove all Sampler data files? Maybe this will correct my issues. Thanks,

    The application files are saved in:

    - %APPDATA%/Roaming/Adobe/Adobe Substance 3D Sampler (if you're using Creative Cloud Desktop to install Sampler)

    - %APPDATA%/Roaming/Allegorithmic/Adobe Substance 3D Sampler (if you're using substance3d.com to install Sampler)
