Cannot toggle between 2D and 3D Window

Hello,

I'm trying to toggle between my 2D and 3D windows, but I'm having trouble.

For one, the pop up that says "2D View" or "3D View" is very big. It covers the little symbol that I need to click on to make my window 2D or 3D views. Second, I can't change or add my 2D window at all.

I also have Sampler on my personal computer, and it works fine.

I attached a screenshot of the issue.

Does anyone else have this issue, and what did you do to fix it? Thank you!

Hi,
It seem on your screenshot that the software window is really small can you confirm?
To toggle the 3D and 2D windows easily you have the shortcuts "3" to toggle 3D view (on/off), "2" to toggle 2D view (on/off) and "1" to make visible the environment or to hide it.
