Help with sampler error and 3D micrometeorite project

Hi,
I am an educator and trying to make a 3D model of a small micrometeorite I shot with my microscope camera and microscope taking 20 or so different views hoping to make a 3D printed version students can see. I don't think there is any EXIF info - it is a microscope objective and microscope digital camera and focus stacked images - made from hundred of images - I added the information manually while importing and tried to submit. Got an error message nad could go no further. Is it possible to make a 3D model with focus stacked images and no EXIF info? Is there a program that would allow me to manipulate the images myself/manually - I think I could align them easily around a roughly oval shape... Anyway, thanks for any help you can provide! Thanks! Jon

I think Sampler can't do that. (that is my opinion as you need to wrap a camera around object)

In previuos buid of Photoshop there was feature for building 3d environment from DICOM files. DICOM files in Photoshop (adobe.com) but it has been discontinued in new Photoshop version.

You can also check this
