High quality photo's but a meltet model

Hello can anyone help me please. We've followed  all the steps to convert photo's into a 3D model but the model looks like a meltet model. Poor quality. We shoot professinal high quality pictures in a controlled studio. What do i wrong?

Can you provide us more details on the settings + steps you are using?
It will help us if you could share with us a preview of your dataset and a log file (Go to Help>Export log).

Sensor size 35 mm

Focal length 50 mm (focal length pixels)

Mask generate – new batch

Submit

Precision – high

Photo ordening – Default

 

Step 3

Geometry details – full

Hi,
Did you try to increase the target polycount? 

On your screenshots it seems the polycount is too low. Increasing the face count might help to add details and get rid of the melted feel. 

After increasing the face count, click on "Process new version" button to see the results.
