How to create rough edges for Foam material

I am trying to create a soft open cell charcoal foam that is pretty similar to the Eggcrate Acoustic Foam Panel in Substance Source. I am happy with the color and the look of it but I can't figure out how to create rough edges. It renders like a hard edge block.

Is there a filter or a technique I can use when creating my material in Adobe Substance 3D Sampler that will achive this? I tried messing with heigh and even the perforation filter but none did it for me.

Thanks

I found out that although this works in the material I created in Adobe Substance 3D Sampler it won't use that feature when rendering in Adobe Dimension. That needs a bump map which is not avaialble in Adobe Dimension but is in Adobe Substance 3D Stager.
