Presets never work right -- exports are all messed up, duplicated, for no apparent reason. Why?

In Designer, I have four outputs.

Yet in Sampler (only after a crash issue that forces me to uninstall the app and reinstall it), it starts out with zero outputs, and then shows more than 4, including multiple of the same one.

And yet still, after export, the DiffuseSmoothness image is the same as the MaskMap...even though in Designer those are clearly seaprate flows in the graph.

None of this makes sense. Why do presets not work right?

Can't update the original. The export that was meant to be Diffuse Smoothness but was the same as Mask Map, looks like if you duplicate the output node in Designer, even after changing the details, it will not actually use the new details.

I was able to solve that problem by creating a new export node, with the same details as the prior one. So I think that's a bug in Designer I guess?

Still no idea why there are multiple export versions of the same thing.

Another update. I don't get it. What the heck.

Now, after another couple crashes where the wrong maps were being exported entirely, the "MaskMap" is now just one map in all four channels.

This is so frustrating -- I've spent hours on this today, wrestling with these quirks and bugs.
