Reimport image but keep all filters and parameter values

Image to Material.

I imported an image, done a lot of work, then realised when tiling that I need to adjust the source image in Lightroom (radial masks to desaturate and brighten some areas) and then bring it back to Sampler, but it would be a huge nonsense to redo the whole work.

How can I reimport an image and let Sampler apply all the work (filters and parameter values) I had done to the previous version?
