Can you also try to rename or delete the following folder and then launch Sampler?

~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Adobe Substance 3D Sampler

When re-launching Sampler after your crash, did you send a crash report?

That file/folder didn't exist. Next idea?

 

How do I send the crash report? I dont see a link or button to do so on the repoprt itself. Sometimes crash reports have a send to apple button, but this has nothing.  The file/folder didn't exist.
