Correct answer Baptiste_Substance_3D

Can you also try to rename or delete the following folder and then launch Sampler?

~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Adobe Substance 3D Sampler

Hello,

Thanks for reporting the issue.

When re-launching Sampler after your crash, did you send a crash report?

Thanks

Aha!! Ok. I figured it out. The path is incorrect. The path you sent was not the correct location. But maybe the tilda you used was meant to indicate that you were shortening the path and the beginning was assumed? Thats not a convention I am familair with so, not sure. I first went to the lirary in my primary hard drive folder. But the location that was the issue was in my user profile folders. And I checked there as well, initially. But no path existed that matched. But that was because the library folder in that location is hidden on a Mac. So I was able to unhide it using command-shift-period. Then I went to the suggested folder in that location and deleted it. It appears to be working now. I don't know how common this problem is but maybe its worth noting that there is a potentially hidden library folder with issues like this. Anway, thank you!
