Substance Sampler not loading on Windows 10 after crash

Sampler is not loading anymore after a crash on Windows 10. I've tried un-installing through Adobe CC, re-installing, restarting, using IObit to uninstall again, re-install again and I'm unable to launch the program. Pretty much stuck. Any help is appreciated!

Thanks for the help! I've attached the log. Looking at the log, I found where "YourAssets" was, deleted the folder and now Sampler launches!

Had the same issue before. Try uninstalling, then delete any leftover Substance Sampler folders in AppData and Documents\Adobe before reinstalling. Also update your GPU drivers that fixed it for me.

Just a bit more info... I imported this substance source into sampler and it immeditely crashed without any errors: https://substance3d.adobe.com/assets/allassets/2f3cfde45e083d2452f8f1debc50e80f949ced04?q=dirt%20rubble

After that it crashes (or just doens't launch) after the splash screen, even after the steps I mentioned above. I'm using the latest windows update and Sampler 3.0.

Hello,

Thanks for the info.

Can you share with us your log file please?

https://substance3d.adobe.com/documentation/sadoc/exporting-the-log-file-188974570.html

Then you can try to delete the following folder and relaunch the application:

C:\Users\[your_username]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Substance 3D Sampler

Best
