The program freeze and can't export.

Hi, I'm a sports apparel designer and I have to export a stitched substance file for get more realistic clo3d render. And I bought the program yesterday.

I'm using a Huawei D15 laptop, It has AMD RYZEN7 processor and 2 gb video ram, also 8gb ram. It's not so much amazing computer, but It's ok for my illustrations and jersey designs. I ran substance sampler 5-6 times and everytime I get a "not running" warning. Today I solve something about program, I created the stitch, It was ok for me, when I click export with standart settings, after 2 minutes, It's the result :((

I wanna use this program just for it, It looks like not very spesific thing, but I'm in so much trouble 😞

How can I get more stabilised performance from Substance Sampler? It feels like a power cut just after you have finished a game.

Or may I get a new, better computer and throw it in the trash? 

Now a workaround solution is ok for me, maybe I have to change some preferences?
