To fill a hole when a hole is formed in the mesh in a 3d capture

it will depend on where the issue comes from.
If you can share screenshots, we can help you identify where the issue comes from.

We also are fixing some holes issue from 3D capture that will come in the upcoming releases of 3D Sampler.

IMHO if it has been created during post process we need to take more captures. If your object contains hole you need to repair it in other 3D app that allows to sculpture mesh - like Adobe Substance 3D Modeler.
