I cannot open a file or close the application.  I have to restart my PC each time.  A box pops up saying

'Could not complete your request because of a program error.'

 

Windows 10 Pro build 19045

Hi @matthewd55493671 Go to Photoshop Help Menu/System Info and copy/paste details in a reply. Post only once as the system takes time to process the large amount of data.
