Hi everyone,I’m currently using the latest Photoshop Beta (version 27.0.0).The Generative Fill with Firefly works perfectly — no issues at all.However, when I switch the model to Nano Banana (Gemini 2.5 Flash Image), the generation doesn’t produce anything.No error message appears — it just completes instantly without changing the selected area.I’ve tried multiple prompts, different selections, and new documents, but the result is always the same: nothing happens when using Nano Banana, while Firefly generates as expected.Is this a known issue with the current beta build, or is there something I should reset or re-enable to make it work?Thanks for your help!

Hi everyone!   The Block style of dynamic text is now available in Photoshop beta!   Dynamic text is a new form of type layer that automatically resizes and adjusts your text to fit the shape of the text boundary, and enables you to easily create different looks and layouts by resizing the type layer's boundary rectangle.     How to make dynamic textCreate a Point type or Paragraph type layer, and convert to dynamic text using the new button found in the Tool options bar and Properties panel  or from the Type menus.    You can customize the spacing between words or lines using the Word gap and Line gap options in the Dynamic text section of the Properties panel.   Try Dynamic text & Share what you create! Hello,   I’m experiencing a recurring bug in the latest version of Photoshop (Beta) on macOS.   When I add a Hue/Saturation adjustment layer, the Properties panel does not display the usual Hue, Saturation, and Lightness sliders. Instead, it only shows: “No mask selected” — even though the white thumbnail (the adjustment layer, not the mask) is properly selected in the Layers panel.   This bug does not happen in the stable version of Photoshop, nor in a different open document within the same session. Steps to reproduce: 1. Open or create a new document 2. Add a Hue/Saturation adjustment layer 3. Click the white thumbnail of the adjustment (not the mask) 4. The Properties panel incorrectly shows only mask options (“No mask selected”) System details: • Photoshop Beta version: 26.6.0 • macOS version: 15.3.2 • Chip: Apple M3 Pro

I’ve been running Beta versions of PS for the last year w/o much issue until now.With the last two PS Beta updates – currently running 24.7.0 – I’ve starting having issues with the Canvas Window not retaining my graduation/ruler preference to work in “inches.”For the record, the “Ruler” option in my Unit & Rulers preferences is set to Inches and I am having no problems with the Image Size Window reflecting that preferred ruler setting. The Canvas Size Window, on the other hand, is defaulting to “pixels” vs. “inches” which requires me to manual make the change and has become an additional/unnecessary step to my workflow.One other thing I’ve noticed is the Canvas Size window has an uncommon appearance. The window size is is smaller than usual, the font family is different and smaller than other windows (i.e. Image Size), and the pull down windows have a light grey vs dark grey background color.Again, I was not having any of these problems until the two most recent PS Beta updates. Hi Adobe Community,I am experiencing significant issues with the Photoshop Beta on my Mac. The app is not working properly (harmonize ), making it impossible to use the features I am paying for.System Information: Operating System: macOS Ventura 13.7.8 (Build 22H730) Photoshop Beta Version: [20.5 ] Hardware: [Intel iMac 2017] The Issue: I have been paying for my Creative Cloud subscription, but the Beta version is currently unusable on this OS build. While I understand this is a "Beta" branch, it is frustrating that updates are not being optimized for standard macOS versions like 13.7.8. 

Photoshop version: 27.4.0 OS and version: macOS 15.7.3 (24G419)Issue: Photoshop Beta crashes immediately when switching between file formats (JPG/PNG) in the "Export As" dropdown menu. Steps to reproduce the behavior: Open any existing document or create a new one. Navigate to File > Export > Export As... Once the "Export As" dialog window opens, click on the Format dropdown menu (top right). Attempt to change the format from PNG to JPG (or vice versa) by selecting it from the list. Expected result: Photoshop should switch the format, update the file settings, and refresh the preview image. Actual result: Photoshop Beta crashes instantly to the desktop without any error message as soon as the format is selected.

You do a Liquify correction, if you like to do it again straight from menu it crash.Select and mask crash too with any image.  

After the last update I am experiencing slowness when zooming in and out in a high resolution photo  

All of the saved elements in CC My Library cause PS beta to crash when applying them. No crash report or send report dialog. The same library elements work in my other PS versions PS 2025 & 2026.

I'm running the latest available update of Photoshop Beta (27.4.0) on Windows 11. Starting with the last 2 or 3 updates, the contextual text bar disappears at random times. I've tried the suggested ways of restoring it, but nothing works other than shutting down & restarting Photoshop. I've never had this problem until the last few updates.

Hi Photoshop Beta on my Mac desktop computer continues crashing when I try to create a new document. That’s all, I select New and the sizes and as soon as I hit return, the app suddenly quits. Thank you.

If you open the new Photoshop beta (v27.4.0) and change the layout units (inches or pixels), the app abruptly closes on at least the Mac OS running Tahoe (v26.2).

Hi everyone,I'm using the latest version of Photoshop Beta and noticed that the "Dynamic Text" button appears in the toolbar, but it is always grayed out and cannot be clicked.Here’s what I’ve tried so far:- Using a Point Text layer (not Paragraph Text)- Using supported fonts like Arial and Helvetica- Text is written in English- Photoshop interface is set to English (North America)- Photoshop Beta is updated to the latest version- Restarted the app and even tried a new documentStill, the Dynamic Text button remains inactive.Is this feature limited to certain regions or Adobe accounts?Has anyone successfully activated it, and if so, how?Thanks in advance for any help!

Noticed this new interface in the latest update. Current Version: 26.11OS: Win 11 Image=>Adjustments=>Brightness/Contrast or Exposure or Vibrance So far I only found these 3. It's quite shocking that it only allows me to set in adjustments of 1 and not 0.1... Using +1 already makes the photo super overexposed. The new coder must be a newbie. Hope it is fixed soon because are pretty commonly used items. Hope Adobe can fix this simple issue!

For the love of god do not release the actions in their current form in the Beta.  Any action with a stop command in it no longer works.  You can reset where the action plays from making them infinitely harder to make, and what you’ve done generally to them has dumbed them down for no reason whatsoever.  How are they better?  HOW? EXACTLY?  The thing you need to realise is that you do something like this it means we end up having to waste time with workarounds or abandon something we’ve been using for years - multiplied by every app we use in creative cloud. It death of a thousand annoyances.If you want to test a new system give it to someone that has used actions as an intrinsic part of their workflow for 20+ years.  Helllo!  

Al instalar la última actualización de la beta 27.0 me apareció como "Nuevo" el filtro neuronal "Fondo Creador".Lo descargue, pero siempre da el mismo error ""Se ha producido un error al descargar este filtro". Tengo el WIndows 10 de Escritorio.

 

I am curious if there is a way to copy my photoshop preferences into Photoshop Beta preferences? My screens & tool preferences are in different locations ( see photos Below ) I am just wondering if there is a quick way to do this rather than rebuilding the betaThank you

Hi Adobe Team, I’m facing a small but very frustrating glitch in Photoshop, and I wanted to bring it to your attention. Whenever I’m using the Move Tool, and I try to switch to the Brush Tool by pressing B on my keyboard, Photoshop jumps to the Brush Tool for a split second and then immediately switches back to the Move Tool on its own. This keeps happening repeatedly, and only after trying 3–4 times does the tool finally switch properly.This issue is interrupting my workflow and becomes quite irritating, especially during long design sessions. I kindly request you to please look into this bug or guide me if there’s any fix or setting adjustment I should try from my side.
