trying to use Neural Filters, Depth Blur/feild Download it, No Sliders or options appear in the sidebar, no depth map made. Restarted, redownloaded, tried everything

i am trying to make a depth map. I followed tutorials to use Neural filters and download the beta depth filter. It does not show me the sliders and options at all and outputs a result that i have no control over. 

I quit the program all the way out and out of the background to restart, then i cleared my cache and redownloaded it and restarted it, and still- no sliders or options appear that allow me to adjust the output.
