Properties panel not showing Hue/Saturation sliders in Photoshop Beta

Hello,

I’m experiencing a recurring bug in the latest version of Photoshop (Beta) on macOS.

When I add a Hue/Saturation adjustment layer, the Properties panel does not display the usual Hue, Saturation, and Lightness sliders. Instead, it only shows:

“No mask selected” — even though the white thumbnail (the adjustment layer, not the mask) is properly selected in the Layers panel.

This bug does not happen in the stable version of Photoshop, nor in a different open document within the same session.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open or create a new document

2. Add a Hue/Saturation adjustment layer

3. Click the white thumbnail of the adjustment (not the mask)

4. The Properties panel incorrectly shows only mask options (“No mask selected”)

System details:

• Photoshop Beta version: 26.6.0

• macOS version: 15.3.2

• Chip: Apple M3 Pro

Anyone found a fix yet ? the Adobe tech person is clueless and told us it was a GPU problem . . . but as this is something multiple computers/users on both MAC and PC are having that is clearly false

this has been going on FOREVER - it’s so disruptive to workflow

so if anyone has new insight i’ll gladly take it!

Hi all, please make sure you have the latest Ps Beta: Adobe Photoshop Version: 27.7.0 20260422.m.3514 c691924 arm64 (beta, PublicBeta)

Then, go to Preferences/Technology Previews and UNSELECT Enable Modern User Interface. Restart and see if it now works as you expect.

How is this STILL a bug?!?! I use this Hue-Sat layering heaps and to have to constantly close the file and reopen it is INSANE for software like this. Sooo many bugs in this software but subscriptions is always perfectly debited each month.
