A Photoshop Beta 25.2 bug [Sonoma 14.1]

Phtoshop Beta 25.2. Mac Sonoma 14.1

When opening a .jpg image the image moves off the screen whenever I click on a tool. If I click again it comes back.  The resolt I want is to have the image stay on the screen and be able to crop it or edit it in any way.

    This is happening with Both the Beta and PS 2024I.

    I have an issue with Photoshop panels on an auxiliary monitor the contextual menu does not work this is the only app that has this problem. I am using an iMac running Sonoma.

    The Mac specs are Intel 3.7GHz 6 Core I5

    Radeon Pro58x MHz 8GB

    128 GB 2667 MHz DDR4

    Retina display

    The auxiliary monitor is a 20-inch Apple Cinema Display

    I did not have an issue until the 25.1.0 update

    I have tried to get help from Adobe but never got anything back.
