Ability to prompt in Spanish

When I try to use generative artificial intelligence, I get a message saying that it cannot be used because I am violating user rules. Searching the internet, I have seen that this may be due to the fact that I have not filled in my personal data correctly. I have tried to change my date of birth within my Adobe account, but I have not been able to find it anywhere.

    Hi, now is working well. I think the problem is the language... I was writing in Spanish, and doesn't work, in English works well. 🙁
