You can download the Bridge beta under the Beta apps tab of the Creative Cloud desktop similar to how you installed the Photoshop beta.

I am hesitant to the an uninstall as I have many plugins . Is there a way to download the bridge beta?

Curious if an uninstall/reinstall of Photoshop might help you get the Photoshop menu items back in action, and perhaps that will resolve the issues with Bridge invoking Photoshop while opening raw files from Bridge?

Are you using the General Release of Bridge? or the Bridge beta?
Bridge V12.0.3.270

What does a double-click on the raw file from Bridge do for you?
Open to Camera Raw

Is your workflow to first open in Camera Raw, and then click Open?
Yes

Does "Open in Photoshop" work on the first try if you don't open in Camera Raw first?
"Open with" in bridge is gray out for raw files, so I can't open in photoshop".

I found a walk around, if I click the raw file, drag and drop to PS, it will open in Camera Raw, when I click open, it will open in PS.

Bridge's "Image processor" is now missing. It only shows Process collections in Photoshop.
