Adjustment Brush hangup

I had just used the adjustment brush to add hue/saturation to specific parts of an image and decided to go to a prior layer to slightly recrop.  Did the recrop (slight expansion) and selected the layer with the adjustment brush so I could apply the same adjustment to the expanded piece.  Darned if it didn't hang big time. 

I ended up having to force quit, which took me WAY back to the very beginning.  I am sooo glad I did a couple of interim saves!

 

Running Beta 25.5.0  m.2489

MBP with M1 Max chip, 64G mem running macOS Sonoma 14.2.1.  Plenty of disc space.

Hi @jeighlg are you able to reproduce this issue, if so, what steps are you using so that we can try as well.

 

Also curious if you see the same issue with Adobe Photoshop Version: 25.6.0 20240211.m.2498 27d87a6 arm64
