Hi @defaultvt1f3i65sa9w testing here with your workflow and not seeing this issue. Let's firs start by installing the recent build: Adobe Photoshop Version: 25.7.0 20240307.m.2537 cf1d3bc arm64

If that doesn't solve this, then try:

Try resetting Prefs for the Beta:
/Users/yourname/Library/Preferences/ Photoshop Beta Settings (Mac Ventura)
/Users/yourname/Library/Preferences/Adobe\ Photoshop\ \(Beta\)\ Settings (Mac)
C:\Users\user name\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop (Beta)\Adobe Photoshop (Beta) Settings )Win)
Launch BETA Photoshop While Pressing The Keyboard Shortcut
With Photoshop closed, press and hold Shift+Ctrl+Alt (Win) / Shift+Command+Option (Mac) on your keyboard and then Launch Photoshop the way you normally would.

Thanks,

Oh, man! It IS reproducable – it you do the same steps as I did in the video (via brush > exposure) the red tint comes again. I attached the image but it is from a photography forum, therefore please only use it for testing this.

It was a one time thing that had nothing to do with the brush but with the adjustment layer. Unfortunately not reproducable. Sorry for the fuzz.
