adobe tech support messed with Version 26.11 on my computer; everything is now a complete mess!!

Question

Contacted Adobe support chat person (Deepak K) last night re: how to enlarge menu fonts for a BenQ 4k monitor. He went into my system, tried different things, said he couldn't help since at some point he couldn't see the screen, and then said to contact tech support again.

When I opened up PS-Beta, not only were the menu and drop down fonts still tiny, but the drop down menus shifted randomly and I couldn't access any of the menu/tab items with my mouse. Also, each image I brought up was totally distorted -- totally!!!!!

I made sure I have the latest NVIDIA driver, and I uninstalled and then re-installed Beta. NOTHING WORKS!!!

Now what????

I've since talked with Adobe support; we tried everything, but nothing seems to work.  This was a very difficult session since altho Adobe took control of my computer, it couldn't see my screen.  Not sure why since he saw it when it first came up and then kept losing it.  We removed the firewall, uninstalled and reinstalled PS-Beta, and made sure I was up to date with my graphics card.  Is anyone able to give me some suggestions?  This is ridiculous!
