After Win 11 Install PS Panning Unuseable
I just upgraded to Win 11 Pro. I installed PS Beta and PS Standard. I installed the latest RTX 3090 driver, creative version. In both PS installs, the panning is so bad PS is unuseable. If I drag the image around, it's seconds before it even moves. This was not the case when using PS in Win 10 the day prior.
I've also tried turning off and on flick panning, overscroll, and some of the other usual type recommendations for this sort of problem, but nothing is helping. I have 450+GB of ram and 48 Xeon CPU cores, so it's not for lack of power or memory.
I just tried skipping back two Nvidia driver versions. It didn't help.
Okay, now I tried turning off the GPU features and turning PS off and on again. Now, I am able to pan normally, but the image while panning is choppy looking and of course I would prefer to have the GPU features on for many reasons.
Any ideas, thank you.
