AI Effect layers

I would like to be able to add a layer, generated by AI, but which will not change the selected image, but will overlay something on it. For example, I can add the effect of falling rain to the selected area of the photo. The original photo remains in the background, there is only rain on the layer and possible editing - blurring etc. Or the ability to change the colors of the photo, e.g. to change the colors of the photo as if it was taken at sunset. Now typing the command "change colors to the same as during sunset" I get... a generated sunset.

Great option! A huge step forward for us creators! I'm testing further, thank you, I will share ideas, comments.
