AI generate fill blurry results

 AI generative fill , loosing quality ?

Hello, I'm new in photoshop AI and I have a question with the generative fill. When I ask the AI generate fill to do something to the picture (for example remove an object or clean the backdrop) the new generated part of the picture is of lower quality so you can see the original subject/objects grainy and the generated parts with AI look smoother so is very noticeable. I'm not sure if I'm explaining my self correctly but here is a picture of how it looks like , it would be very helpful if someone can please tell me how to prevent this or fix it. Thank you!
