Ajustes básicos de Photoshop, han dejado de funcionar.

Question

Hola a todos.Hasta hace pocos días, yo tenía la versión de Photoshop 24.4.1 instalada y todo iba bién, sin ningún problema.Entonces apareció un mensaje para actualizar a la versión 24.5 y la instalé. En éste momento me desapareció la pantalla de inicio, donde aparecen los archivos recientes.Tampoco puedo ver la pantalla de apertura de nuevo archivo, donde aparecen las diferentes plantillas que tenía guardadas para abrir nuevos documentos.Al ocurrir éste problema, desinstalé Photoshop y volví a instalar la versión 24.4.1 para ver si podía recuperar esas preferencias con la instalación anterior.Pero en la nueva instalación tampoco funcionaba.Entonces intenté importar los ajustes preestablecidos de la versión 22.2.0  a la versión  24.5  y tampoco sirvió de nada.En éste momento desinstalé todas las versiones de Photoshop y le ordené al programa que borrara las carpetas del sistema e instalé una instalación nueva, comenzando desde la versión más antigua disponible en el panel de control de mi cuenta de Adobe.Instalé la versión V.22.2 y  la pantalla de inicio funciona correctamente en ésta versión.A continuación fui instalando otras veresiones, sin borrar la versión 22.2Instalé la versión V.23.5.5 y el problema comentado se pone de manifiesto.Instalé Photoshop V.24.5 y sigue teniendo el mismo problemaInstalé Photoshop «BETA V.24.6» y sigue apareciendo el mismo problema.No funciona la pantalla de inicio con los archivos recientes, ni las plantillas que tenía guardadas de nuevos archivos.En otro ordenador, tengo instalados los mismos programas y todo funciona correctamente.Por tanto, no consigo entender dónde está el problema.Quisiera que me ayuden a recuperar estas dos opciones, porque lo necesito para mi trabajo.Gracias.-----------Les pongo imágenes de la versión 22.2.0  en que sí funciona correctamente,  y de la versión  24.5.0  que dejó de funcionar.Insisto:  éste error también se produce en la versión BETA de Photoshop.-------------------------------------Hello everyone.I had the version installedUntil a few days ago, I had Photoshop version 24.4.1 installed and everything was fine, without any problems.Then a message appeared to update to version 24.5 and I installed it.At this moment, the home screen, where the recent files appear, disappeared.Nor can I see the new file opening screen, where the different templates that I had saved to open new documents appear.When this problem occurred, I uninstalled Photoshop and reinstalled version 24.4.1 to see if I could recover thosepreferences with the previous installation... Hola.En el día de hoy, 26 de Junio de 2023, he instalado la última actualización de Adobe Photoshop BETA ( V.24.7.0 )Con esta actualización, el problema se ha solucionado en Photoshop BETA.....Todas las versiones anteriores de Photoshop, que tengo instaladas en mi ordenador siguen manifestando el mismo error incluso después de las actualizaciones. (Excepto la versión V.22.2 que siempre ha funcionado correctamente)Gracias por su atención--------------------------------------------Hello.Today, June 26, 2023, I have installed the latest Adobe Photoshop BETA update ( V.24.7.0 )With this update, the issue has been fixed in Photoshop BETA.....All previous versions of Photoshop, which I have installed on my computer keep showing the same error even after the updates.
