Me gustaría saber si me pasa solo a mí?

Hi @Cascarilla.Barboza, as @Trevor.Dennis mentioned, we need more info to see what might be happening, screenshots, video recordings, all will help us determine the issue.

Thanks,

Hello, I just started using the new Beta version of photoshop version 25.10.00 again and I noticed that it has no mobility layers. Previous versions you clicked on a layer and moved it around in the layer stack. Now they have no more mobility. I also can't take a layer from the right column down where the accesses to the new layer are (+ sign) or delete layer,  which used to be just dragging the layer and dropping it on that symbol and deleting or duplicating it. I don't know if it's a beta issue or my system issue, but something's not right. I would like to know if it happens only to me?

It sounds like your layer, or layers, might be locked in some respects of what you described, but that would not prevent you from moving layers up and down the layer stack.

Try using the shortcut.  Select a layer and use Ctrl [ (move down the stack) and Ctrl ] (move down the stack.

Shift Ctrl [  will move a layer to the top of the stack.

So do the shortcuts work?  If not, a screen shot of your workspace might help us to work it out.
