Background remover feature not working [Web version]

Hi Rocky, I upload a standard image captured with my camera phone to the Photoshop (Web) app. I then click the "Remove Background" feature, but nothing happens. I'm currently using a Chrome browser that is up to date. None of the features seem to be working for me at the moment.

Hi @default40112611vxy024. Thank you for writing and so sorry to hear about the issues you are having with the tool. Would it be possible for you to record what is going on or give me a step by step on your workflow so I can try and figure out what is happening for you? I just tested the tool without any issues so it is working on my end. Also, what browser are you using?
