Background replacement is a farce

Question

The background replacement option through generative fill is a farce in your system if its been blocked because of your guidelines. I do not understand, why you place AI bots wherein human intervention is required. Portraits are been blocked if we try to change the background. What  nonsense is this!!!!!

You need to be creative. I made this earlier today, and had to extend the top of the image to make room for the talk bubble. When I tried Generative Expand with the crop tool it blocked me because Tarzon was showing too much skin. So I turned off his layers, used Gen Expand, and turned him back on again. It is what it is.
