I think we might be struggling with different languages here, so there more you tell us, the better the chance we'll have of making sense of it.   I am going to guess that 'cuted' means 'reduced to', so you might need to look at your Output settings.  Perhaps try another option and see if that makes a difference.

In my experience the Neural Filters put a big strain on your system resources so it's possible that your hardware (computer) is not powerful enough.  I updated my own computer earlier this year mostly because Neural Filters were causing it to crash. 

So describe in as much detail as you can think of, and perhaps use your own language and we'll let the forum translate for us.
