Being Throttled For Generative Credits, Seeking Solution

Hi, I've used up all of my credits and I'm being throttled for my useage, which admittedly is heavy due to my project type.

On my account icon, where it shows the amount of credits one has used, it also shows a "Buy Credits" button. When I click on this button, it doesn't do anything.

So, I would like to not be throttled in my useage and I would like to buy more credits, but how do I do it?

I realize there are options for teams, etc., to purchases the use of tons of Adobe software types to get more credits, but I'm just one guy and I only need Photoshop. So, I would like to just buy credits outright.

Thanks for any help!

Hello @Deven15D5,

It depends on your plan, but only the Free Creative Cloud, Adobe Firefly, and Adobe Express plans can buy additional credits. I think the original plan was to provide a way for everyone to buy more credits (which might be why you are seeing that button), but that was not implemented for all subscriptions.

My best,

For those interested, I turned off my VPN and Photoshop seems to have stopped "throttling" me for now. So, that may have been the entire problem.
