Beta 25 can't open files on M1 Ultra Mac Studio

I installed version 25 beta yesterday, I can't open any image files, I can't create them either. The application closes directly. Absolutely nothing can be done. This happens on my MAC Studio M1 ULtra, instead on my Mac Book Pro M1 Max it works fine.
Version 24.7 works fine on both processors.

The App opens normally and only crashes when I want to open any file or create a new one. A window opens saying that Adobe has quit unexpectedly with a report text

I have the identical issue on identical hardware....I've been posting about it in another forum for a while.  I have the most recent versions of LrC 112.5/PS 25.0 Beta - Aug 21 build.  Here's the text of my post....

 

I have had this problem for several weeks; and with ultiple versions of LrC.

Mac OS Ventura 13.5.1, Mac M1 Ultra 64gb / 2 TB
Photo Shop Beta 25.0; LrC 12.5

From LrC, if I execute Edit in Photoshop (Beta), PS Beta is invoked and starts and then crashes.

I can work around it by starting PS Beta separately; File Open to a raw file and let it open all the way into PS and then discard it and leave PS running - then when I transfer from LrC next time, using "Edit In..." it seems to work.

Other symptions as other people have reported, occasionaly a very long delay get PS to start; then LrC reports it cannot start PS; then PS does start and then it crashes.
I can send dump reports if you let me know how to capture them.....I have reported it via Apple reporting dozesn of times.
I have un-installed and re-installed multiple times; fallen back and rolled forward from 24.7 to 25.0 on multiple occasions so none of those usual fixes are working. I have reset Prefs in LrC and double-checked preferences.
Rick Flor recommend I post here as I was only posting this previously in other Beta forums.

This needs a resolution or please give me some additional tools so I can get you what you need to review it.

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.  

 

Do you see any error message or does the app crash or just not open?
