Beta V25 crash

Hi, so opening Photoshop (which worked fine) I was asked to upgrade to v25 so I did. Now everytime I open Photoshop Beta it crashe I get this message

The links do not provide any help.

I can not afford to pay for this subscription if the app keeps crashing.

Anyone else encountered this problem with beta v25. I am on windows 10 64bit

There was a new version 25.1 released late last week - it may be worth uninstalling and reinstalling the newer version.

Otherwise, go to Photoshop Help Menu/System Info and copy/paste details in a reply. Post only once as the system takes time to process the large amount of data.

I have the same problem with v25.1

Hi @osama310125721wa6 the beta is not part of your paid subscription - it is a voluntary basis for testing new features. You should still have the standard install of Photoshop to use without issue.

In your standard version of Photoshop (not beta) and go to Help Menu/System Info and copy/paste details in a reply. Post only once as the system takes time to process the large amount of data.
