Hello, I have problems with Beta Ps and ordinary Ps in version 23.0.2 - because other versions crashes too often.
I have 24GB RAM and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti and 500GB SSD disc for a storage disk.
Photoshop settings: 60% RAM memory to use; I am using GPU, 30 history states, buffor 4, 1028kB.

I am a graphis designer and I am working on files with size about 5000x7000px or 3000x4500px.
Photoshop can crash with blue screen when: during zoom out, during selecting some function e.g. text tool.
Sometimes it can crash with blue screen when saving render animation.
In Beta version it can crash during zoom out generative fill when I want to make a wide frame of the picture.
I don't have such problems with: Blender, Unity, Affinity.

Thanks for the update @Stereorix, curious if you have tried this?

Perform a CLEAN install of the GPU driver, if not already done so.
unplug any extra devices if there are any - hard drives, monitor etc.
Power mode - try Balanced (not high)
Boot to Safe Mode in Windows… and see what happens.
Run System File Check - Corrupt or broken files can cause driver power state failure error. Luckily, Windows 10 has a built-in tool known as System File Checker that restores any faulty files in your system.

Ok, I did that and after that I opened MSI Afterburner. With Afterburner monitor I was making generative fill around the image. First time the temperatures were high:

But second time I saw 92 celcius degrees! After that there was a crash.
I talked to an IT specialist today and he said I would have to leave the computer for a long diagnostic because this is a wide-ranging problem and it could be the power supply, or RAM, or motherboard, etc. But at work today I was also doing a generative fill on a photo and photoshop crashed, however I restarted the program normally and the recovered graphic came up right away.

Thank you @Stereorix a couple things we see:

Memory used by Photoshop: 60% - it is suggested to run this at 70%

Driver age: 3 months
Driver version: 31.0.15.3179 - it may be worth trying some newer drivers, here is what we have found from others out there;

"Download the Studio Driver from NVidia (I am using v531.61 which is not the latest but I know it is stable on my RTX3090) When installing select Advanced Options - Clean Install. That will overwrite remnants of any old drivers.

Do not install GeForce Experience, that is for games. For Photoshop you don't need it."

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.

Nope. Still without crash notifications. It crashed when I wanted to change bitrate from 16 to 32 bits per channel.

I replied to you yesterday but I don't see a reply so I'm sending again. In my case, Photoshop does not generate such an error message because it crashes the whole computer and with a blue screen I can only do a hard reset. When I turn on the computer and photoshop the graphics do not come back and there is no option to restore. Sometimes the file gets corrupted and you still have to do a backup. I entered the code into CMD to enable the crash notification. We will see how it goes. But interesting, because while writing this message suddenly the screen went black, blinked and came back. Could it be something with the graphics card, some defect?

@Stereorix I'm not seeing any submitted crash reports from you in our system. If you haven't done so already, please submit all Crash Reports along with your email address: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/submit-crash-reports.html That will help us diagnose the crash.
