Blur tool Windows 11

Hi,

I have just tried the blur tool in Ps beta again as been using neo and think you should give up with it, I'm sorry to say, as it's rubbish on windows 11, it takes ages to open and wont render anything at all... I find ALL other tools inc Gen fill are very fast on windows 11 and work well thank you for that. I've said before Luminar neo's blur tool works superb and fast. My opinion I beleive you should thoroughly re-visit this tool or scrap it unusable in it's current state....
