Brightening images, Adobe License

So far, with all the things we can do with the Generative fill feature, I request you to implement a feature with Generative fill by which we can proceed tasks like Brightening the image, contrast controlling and skin smoothening with ease. In Indian currency, if afforded about a 1000 rupees we can fully get acquired with generative fill whereas, we are subscribed to the license. What is the advantage of getting a license? Why aren't ou abl to identifyand disable the phooshop versions of people who are using duplicate versions of photoshop and generative fill?
