Bug: Cursor override in Chrome + Brave browser when Photoshop Beta is open

Odd bug: noticed that my custom cursors weren't working properly in local development when Photoshop Beta was opened (am on macOS Big Sur 11.6, perhaps it's just my out of date OS that's the issue).
