Bug in PS Beta 25.1.0 - Shadow and Bevel not working

Just tried adding a bevel and shadow to a graphic (image attached) and it wouldn't work. This was a multi layered PSD file created with an earlier version of PS. I tried copying the effect from a different layer and that didn't work either.

I opened the same file in an older version and it worked fine.

Working with MacOS Ventura 13.0.1

Steps to repeat.

1. Create an RGB document 1920 x 1080

2. Place .eps graphic into frame

3. Dbl click layer to open effects options.

4. Check Drop Shadow - make adjustments and see no effect

Step 4 should result in a drop shadow.

Same steps to create a bevel don't work either.

Hi @CSI Productions testing here and your steps are working as expected.

Try resetting Prefs for the Beta:

/Users/yourname/Library/Preferences/ Photoshop Beta Settings (Mac Ventura)

/Users/yourname/Library/Preferences/Adobe\ Photoshop\ \(Beta\)\ Settings (Mac)
C:\Users\user name\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop (Beta)\Adobe Photoshop (Beta) Settings )Win)

Launch BETA Photoshop While Pressing The Keyboard Shortcut

With Photoshop closed, press and hold Shift+Ctrl+Alt (Win) / Shift+Command+Option (Mac) on your keyboard and then Launch Photoshop the way you normally would.
